Every $49 Buyer Risk Report is backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the report doesn't help you decide, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No long forms, no friction.
What's covered
Every Buyer Risk Report purchase ($49 NZD), for any reason, within 7 days of purchase. The guarantee does not apply to our Reviewed Buyer Report ($149) or Full Custom Analysis ($999) tiers — those involve manual review hours and are covered by separate engagement terms agreed before work begins.
How to request a refund
- 1. Email us at hello@sectionscan.co.nz within 7 days of purchase. Include your Stripe receipt or order ID and the property address on the report. A reason is optional but helps us improve.
- 2. We acknowledge within 1 business day (NZ time).
- 3. We refund the full $49 to your original card within 3 business days of acknowledgement. Stripe typically takes a further 5–10 days to settle the refund on your statement.
Limits
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Stripe's payment processing fee is not returned to us by Stripe; we absorb that cost on your behalf so you receive the full $49 back.
- The guarantee covers refund of the purchase price. It is not a warranty of council decisions, planning outcomes, valuation, or any third-party data accuracy — the report's own disclaimers continue to apply.
